Daniel Miller
Daniel Miller is a professor of material culture in the department of anthropology at University College London. Miller’s research interests include material culture, consumption, value, and technology, and his work has been focused in the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, and India. He has written about the relationship between material objects and the unconscious, discussing the roles that objects play in social relationships and the formation or assertion of identity.
