Unfortunately, this is page is exactly what it says, research interests, not actual research. Essentially North American archaeology is the world region of interest. I am working on becoming more involved in research and when I do it will be in some and maybe one day all of these.
Perishable materials from paleoindian times, especially wooden remains. Ok, I know there isn't much out there. I am really interested in where and how these types of material culture can be found.
Deeply buried sites and their formation and preservation.
Peri-glacial and post-glacial environments and human adaptation and occupation of them.
The paleoindian presence in the Lower Mississippi Valley.
Mobility and migration of ancient peoples and styles/technologies. Diffusion vs. independent invention.
